? Implement and maintain a safe and pleasant work environment for employees and visitors.

? Serve as the key point of contact for local third-party service providers and vendors, ensuring that service level agreements are met in accordance with expectations.

? Provide administrative support to Wuhu office employees and visitors from India headquarters, including invitation letter arrangements, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
為蕪湖代表處員工以及來自印度總部的訪客提供各項(xiàng)行政支持,包括邀請(qǐng)函出具、差旅安排和會(huì)議協(xié)調(diào)等。
? Office budget planning & control, review of monthly expenditure, arrange monthly expense voucher and provide to accounting firm for monthly bookkeeping and tax declaration.
制定和維護(hù)代表處的月度預(yù)算,監(jiān)控預(yù)算執(zhí)行情況,確保費(fèi)用合理控制;審核每月支出,整理費(fèi)用憑證并提交給會(huì)計(jì)事務(wù)所,配合其完成月度記賬和稅務(wù)申報(bào)工作。
? Monthly finance report preparation, bank accounting.
出具月度財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告,協(xié)助進(jìn)行網(wǎng)銀付款、對(duì)賬和資金管理。
? Coordinate with third party to ensure monthly salary.
與第三方機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)調(diào)溝通,確保員工每月工資按時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確發(fā)放。
? Coordinate & ensure filing of monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns.
與會(huì)計(jì)事務(wù)所協(xié)調(diào)配合,負(fù)責(zé)按時(shí)完成月度、季度和年度稅務(wù)申報(bào),確保稅務(wù)合規(guī)。
? Monitor regulatory compliance to ensure tax filing of the employees, expenditure tax filing for the company.
監(jiān)督員工個(gè)稅申報(bào)及公司各項(xiàng)支出的稅務(wù)處理,確保符合中國稅務(wù)法規(guī)。
? Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Representative Office.
完成代表處負(fù)責(zé)人分配的其他臨時(shí)任務(wù),支持團(tuán)隊(duì)日常運(yùn)營。
Qualifications & Experience:
資質(zhì)要求:
? Wuhu local person, with Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
蕪湖本地人,擁有財(cái)務(wù)、工商管理或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位。
? 5 to 7 years proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an international business environment.
5至7年行政支持或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有國際商務(wù)環(huán)境工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
? Excellent organizational and time management skills.
具備出色的組織能力和時(shí)間管理能力。
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
具備出色的溝通能力和人際交往能力。
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
熟練掌握微軟辦公軟件。
? Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken)
流利的英語和普通話(書面和口頭),具備良好的跨文化溝通能力。
