軟件項(xiàng)目系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目PMP英文流利計(jì)算機(jī)軟件銀行文化藝術(shù)/娛樂(lè)
This position is responsible for managing IT projects to deliver high quality end- to-end business application solutions for the department. Working collaboratively with the technical lead, project manager and business users during the project lifecycle to ensure high quality of deliverables, services and project performance within defined scope, schedule and budget.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
·University degree in Computer Science or Business or equivalent
·Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in project delivery
·Demonstration of proven project management skills in managing IT project resources, timelines, budgets, deliverables and risks
·Excellent analytical mind and problem solving skills
·Good understanding to software development lifecycle
·Good awareness of commercial and contractual issues
·Experience in vendor management
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels within organisation (IT teams, business users) and external vendors.
·Strong ability in problem troubleshooting and diagnosis.
·Proficiency in writing, presentation and communication skills
·Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
·Hands-on experience in managing projects with variety of platforms and technologies including Java, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, NET Framework, Solace, Message Queue etc.
·Technical / product skills Enterprise grade package software such as MS Dynamics and hospitality system (Hero, Spa, Chain Store Plus, Check SCM) etc
·Hands-on experience in managing off-shore development team, multiple vendors, contractors and sub-contractors in project delivery
·Solid understanding and in-depth experience of the software development lifecycle in waterfall and agile delivery approaches
·Agile / Scrum Master Certification (e.g.SAFe) is preferred
