一、工作職責(zé)
1.負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)系專家學(xué)者,組織稿件的同行評(píng)審,確保稿件的同行評(píng)審及時(shí)完成;
2.編排和處理稿件,確保稿件格式正確,及時(shí)發(fā)表;
3.與期刊主編,編委成員,作者及審稿人建立良好溝通,確保期刊正常運(yùn)作,稿件順利及時(shí)發(fā)表;
4.關(guān)注期刊學(xué)科領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的研究進(jìn)展,協(xié)助期刊責(zé)任編輯完成期刊發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
二、職位要求
1.碩士博士?jī)?yōu)先,優(yōu)秀的本科生亦可考慮;
2.自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)專業(yè);
3.英語六級(jí);
4.熟練office辦公軟件;
5.學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),能適應(yīng)公司高強(qiáng)度職業(yè)培訓(xùn),例如:參加職業(yè)培訓(xùn)講座和一對(duì)一導(dǎo)師培訓(xùn)管理。
三、薪資福利
1.薪酬待遇:月基本薪酬本科8k以上,碩士11k以上,博士20-28k;

I. Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for contacting experts and scholars to organize the peer review of manuscripts, ensuring that the peer review is completed in a timely manner.
- Arrange and process manuscripts to ensure the correct format and timely publication.
- Establish good communication with the journal's editor-in-chief, editorial board members, authors, and reviewers to ensure the normal operation of the journal and the smooth and timely publication of manuscripts.
- Keep abreast of research developments in the journal’s field and assist the journal editor in achieving developmental goal.
II. Job Requirements
- Candidates with Master or Ph.D. degree are preferred; outstanding undergraduates may also be considered.
- Related majors, including but not limited to Automation and related majors.
- CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above.
- Proficient in using Office software.
- Strong learning ability and adaptability to high-intensity professional training, such as attending professional training seminars and one-on-one mentoring sessions.
III. Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Monthly base salary 8k and above for undergraduates, 11k and above for master’s degree, 20-28k for doctoral degree.
