崗位職責：

• 定期調(diào)整系統(tǒng)和團隊的工作量，確保合理分工和高效運作。
• 培養(yǎng)中層管理梯隊，設(shè)計員工成長培育途徑。
6. 客戶和供應(yīng)商關(guān)系維護：
• 定期拜訪一級貨代等重要供應(yīng)商及客戶，保持良好的合作關(guān)系。
7. 其他工作：
• 完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。

任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學歷，5年以上海運、貨代行業(yè)同崗位工作經(jīng)驗；
2. 熟悉國內(nèi)或國際海運貨代行業(yè)市場，有一定的海運貨代資源；
3. 對于海運出口操作團隊的管理有方法論，具有較強的管理經(jīng)驗和能力，能夠管控團隊成員的工作量、差錯率、客訴率達到公司服務(wù)標準，并有能力制定部門SOP和落地實施；
4. 熟悉客戶關(guān)系管理，有較強的團隊建設(shè)能力、風險預(yù)警能力；
5. 英語能力良好，能夠和國外代理郵件或電話溝通；
6. 工作細致、嚴謹，性格開朗，可以承受工作壓力，具有獨立解決問題的能力和較強的團隊合作意識、橫向及跨部門溝通能力強。
Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily Management:
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the ocean export department.
• Develop operational goals and work plans based on company decisions to ensure the completion of departmental tasks.
2. Operations Monitoring:
• Inspect department work quality, formulate and implement strategies for controlling, preventing,and resolving exceptions.
• Regularly analyze and report internal operational data, identify issues, and propose solutions.
3. Employee Management:
• Fully manage, allocate, and assess department employees.
• Facilitate team building and talent development.
4. Training:
• Conduct business training for department employees.
• Assist the company in completing various employee training programs.
5. SOP Improvement and Optimization:
• Improve and optimize ocean operation SOPs.
• Adjust system and team workloads regularly to ensure rational division of labor and efficient operations.
• Develop middle management and design employee growth pathways.
6. Client and Supplier Relationship Maintenance:
• Regularly visit primary freight forwarders and important suppliers and clients to maintain good cooperative relationships.
7. Other Duties:
• Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.

Job Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience
in the ocean shipping or freight forwarding industry in a similar role.
2. Familiar with the domestic or international ocean freight
forwarding market and have certain resources in the ocean freight forwarding
industry.
3. Have methodologies for managing ocean export operation
teams, strong management experience and capabilities, able to control team
members' workloads, error rates, and customer complaint rates to meet company service standards, and capable of formulating and implementing departmental SOPs.
4. Familiar with customer relationship management, with
strong team building and risk alerting capabilities.
5. Good English skills, able to communicate with foreign
agents via email or phone.
6. Detail oriented, meticulous, cheerful personality, able
to handle work pressure, have independent problem shooting skills and strong
teamwork awareness, with strong inter-departmental communication skills.
