2、監(jiān)督產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、流程規(guī)范及經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控;
3、核對(duì)入場(chǎng)及出場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù),適時(shí)提出提質(zhì)增效優(yōu)化改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)?;
4、團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效評(píng)估與培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)
