Lead charging function
validation with expertise in GB/T 27930-2015+ national standards and protocols.
開發(fā)HiL測(cè)試用例、自動(dòng)化腳本及測(cè)試報(bào)告，確保BMS功能安全符合性
Develop HiL test
cases, automated scripts, and reports to ensure functional safety compliance of
BMS.
搭建和維護(hù)HiL測(cè)試環(huán)境（如dSPACE/NI/Vector平臺(tái)）
Set up and maintain
HiL test benches (e.g., dSPACE/NI/Vector).
與BMS軟件、硬件團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作分析測(cè)試缺陷，推動(dòng)問題閉環(huán)
Collaborate with BMS
software/hardware teams to analyze defects and drive issue resolution.
編制測(cè)試規(guī)范、技術(shù)文檔及階段性匯報(bào)材料
Prepare test
specifications, technical documentation, and project progress reports.


Profile/任職要求
必備：熟悉BMS充電功能開發(fā)或測(cè)試，至少1年GB/T 27930-2015+國(guó)標(biāo)協(xié)議實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Mandatory: Hands-on
experience in BMS charging function development/testing with 1+ year of proven
expertise in GB/T 27930-2015+ protocols.
精通HiL測(cè)試方法論及工具鏈（如ControlDesk, VeriStand, CANoe/CANalyzer）
Proficient in HiL
testing methodologies and tools (e.g., dSPACE ControlDesk, NI VeriStand, Vector
CANoe/CANalyzer).
熟悉BMS架構(gòu)、功能邏輯及故障診斷策略（如過壓/過溫保護(hù)）
Knowledge of BMS architecture,
functional logic, and diagnostic strategies (e.g., over-voltage/temperature
protection).
具備Python/CAPL自動(dòng)化腳本開發(fā)能力者優(yōu)先
Experience in test
automation (Python/CAPL scripting) is highly preferred.
本科及以上學(xué)歷，車輛工程、電氣自動(dòng)化、計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor’s degree or
above in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or
related fields.
良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫能力（技術(shù)文檔編寫），中文溝通流暢
Fluent in Chinese;
proficient in English for technical documentation.
