Job Objective
To ensure the equipments in your area of responsibility run normally by the trouble shooting and continually improvement to meet team’s goals in term of delivery and cost.

Job Responsibilities
1. Make the plan of daily patrol inspection and equipment maintenance and monitoring the result. Make sure the standards related available.
2. Diagnose and repair the machine in time if the machine is broken, analyze the cause of the breakdown, find the solution to reduce the MTTR, setup the contingency program.
3. Instruct and training the maintenance mechanical technician on site.
4. Support daily mechanical maintenance work.
5. Prepare the spare parts and other material in order to ensure the PM implementation.
6. Place spare parts purchase request according to the equipments condition and update the spare parts list in time, control the day-to-day consumption of spare parts.
7. Take part in the equipment improvement and new equipment design, debug.
8. Complete the tasks from supervisors.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, good English(CET-4 or above)，proficient in CAD and Solidworks;
2. More than 5 years working experience with production equipment maintenance in manufactory, the experience in automotive industry is preferred.
3. Understand quickly and impact new knowledge /process
4. Strong analytical and communication skill, motivate and team spirit
5. Able to assume risks and analyze and solve problem
6. Certified engineer qualification is a plus.
