職責(zé)描述: 1.Operate as an ambassador and door opener for Saint-Gobain construction products to key account customers 擔(dān)任圣戈班建筑產(chǎn)品與關(guān)鍵客戶之間的大使。 2.Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume key accounts, both national and regional, residential and commercial, developer and contractor 與國家和地區(qū)、住宅和商業(yè)、開發(fā)商和承包商等關(guān)鍵大客戶建立并保持長期戰(zhàn)略性信任關(guān)系。 3.Develop a complete understanding of key account needs, maintaining knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses Monitor key account changes and improvements 全面了解關(guān)鍵客戶需求,保持對競爭對手產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)、折扣和定價結(jié)構(gòu)以及優(yōu)劣勢的了解,并關(guān)注關(guān)鍵客戶的變化和提高。 4.Negotiate strategic purchasing contracts with key accounts, by working closely with technical support and sales team, preparing detailed proposals/quotes depending on each consumer’s requirements. 通過與技術(shù)支持和銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)密切合作,根據(jù)每個消費(fèi)者的要求,制定詳細(xì)的建議/報價,與關(guān)鍵客戶協(xié)商戰(zhàn)略采購合同。 5.Work closely with R&D, technical, sales, marketing, logistics, customer service, production, and finance team to secure entry and later service to the key accounts, serving as the contact point for key accounts and internal teams 與研發(fā)、技術(shù)、銷售、營銷、物流、客戶服務(wù)、生產(chǎn)和財務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)密切合作,確保關(guān)鍵客戶的整體服務(wù),充當(dāng)關(guān)鍵客戶和內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)的聯(lián)絡(luò)點(diǎn)。 6.Manage communications between key clients and internal teams 在關(guān)鍵客戶和內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)之間進(jìn)行溝通 7.Regularly follows up with the customers regarding orders and timely collections of the products in order to obtain feedback on their level of satisfaction and areas of sales performance improvement. 定期跟進(jìn)客戶的訂單,及時收集產(chǎn)品,以獲得客戶滿意度和銷售業(yè)績改善方面的反饋。 8.Lead solution development for the identified improvement areas, coordinating involvement of any relevant business personnel. 主導(dǎo)并開發(fā)需要改進(jìn)區(qū)域的解決方案,協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)人員參與。 9.Reviews target achievement and creates reports for senior management team, which facilitate the creation of informed account management decision-making and strategy formulation. 審查目標(biāo)達(dá)成情況并報告給上級管理層,促進(jìn)關(guān)鍵管理決策和戰(zhàn)略制定。 10.Maintains and expands relationships with important clients and work closely with various business departments in order to maintain and further develop the relationships with the key accounts. 維護(hù)和擴(kuò)展重要客戶的關(guān)系,與各業(yè)務(wù)部門密切合作,以維護(hù)和進(jìn)一步發(fā)展與重要客戶的關(guān)系。 任職要求: 1.Previous experience in key account management or business development in real estate industry preferred 有房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)大客戶管理或業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 2.Knowledge of the key account’s business domain & industry preferred 了解大客戶業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域和行業(yè)優(yōu)先。 3.Outstanding written and oral communications skill 優(yōu)秀的口頭和書面溝通能力 4.Able to build rapport and establish credibility quickly with account stakeholders, being people person 能夠與客戶利益相關(guān)者建立融洽關(guān)系并迅速建立信任 5.Good & comfortable at communicating at all levels 與各個層面都有良好的溝通 6.Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on client contracts 較強(qiáng)的談判能力,能夠全面執(zhí)行合同 7.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently 多任務(wù)、有重點(diǎn)工作,管理時間性強(qiáng) 8.Goal-oriented, organized team player 目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向、有組織的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作者 9.Self-motivated and self-directed 自我激勵和自我指導(dǎo) 10.Calm and patient, able to accommodate difficult customers 冷靜、耐心,能處理麻煩客戶 11.Cross-functional leadership experience would be bonus point 有跨職能領(lǐng)導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更好 12.Basic computer skills 基本的計算機(jī)技能
