Job Objective工作目標:
Attendance & payroll daily operations, annual campaign, annual budget, support C&B related programs.
Job Responsibilities工作職責:
- Monthly compensation calculation and distribution, monthly wage accrual, payroll report, Individual tax, ensure the data accuracy and on time practice.
- Social insurance and housing provident fund operation and on time payment, including full time employees and third party employees.
- Assist C&B annual budget setting up, budget/cost analysis and periodical reporting.
- Implementing annual merit increase program, performance bonus plan & payment.
- Support C&B related programs, such as HRIS system upgrading, power BI dashboard development.
- Provide professional, constructive data analysis and proposals to HRA Director, HR Partner or business managers in C&B related programs or issues.
- Monthly attendance management, special working time application.
- Monitor C&B operations, ensure the alignments with policies, procedures, and guidelines. Implement the effective communication of C&B policies/programs in the company.
- Medical insurance insured list declaration, annual enrollment, daily FAQ.
- Support annual market salary surveys.
- Support internal and external audit.
- Other task assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements工作要求
- Education學歷: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Language語言: CET-6 or above, English speaking and writing
- Computer skill計算機技能: Familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HRIS system
- Work experience工作經驗: 0~3 years working experience in relative HR Job
- Strong logically thinking capability, data sensitive
- Conscientious, patient and good in communication
