Job Description：
? Reads and interprets technical engineering documentation and requirements (i.e. drawings, specifications…) to select suitable vendor and creates request for quotations (RFQs).
? Take lead on Raw material localization and 2nd processes qualification to implement value-added supply chain solutions.
? Optimize manufacturing processes and take lead to solve technical issues in collaboration with Suppliers.
? Work with SQP to investigate non-conformance parts with quality issue and improvement plan.
? Prepare and present research results to management and stakeholders.
Requirements：
? At least 8 years of Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing environments in experience Oil &Gas or Aviation industrial preferred.
? High Integrity, impeccable Ethics and Excellent Team Player – collaborates with global Teams / Stakeholders and Suppliers to develop and implement solutions.
? Excellent Technical knowledge of Mechanical manufacturing and Special processes to support Technology Stakeholders with supply chain / sourcing solutions.
? Strong data analysis skills with expertise in interpreting large datasets to drive insights and inform data-driven business decisions.
? Fluent in English.
? SAP knowledge and Technology / R&D- Sourcing background preferred.
