Employee life-cycle documentation and HR system data maintenance. 員工檔案管理和人事系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù) ? HR system data maintain and validation to ensure 100% integrity and accuracy. 人事系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)和校驗,確保100%準(zhǔn)確性 ? Client and company audit supports. 客戶和公司審計材料支持 ? Employee query answer and advice/solution provider. 員工人事相關(guān)問詢的解答 Qualification: 任職資格: ? Bachelor degree or above, preferred in HR. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,HR相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先 ? Good writing, reading and speaking Korean skills. English reading and writing. 韓語聽說讀寫流利。能夠閱讀日常英文郵件并回復(fù)英文郵件; ? Minimum of 2 years’ transactional work experience, HR operations or PSC (People Solutions Center) process experience is preferred. 至少2年事務(wù)性工作經(jīng)驗, 人事業(yè)務(wù)流程(HRO)或人力共享服務(wù)中心(PSC)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。 ? Familiar with Workday is preferred. 熟悉Workday系統(tǒng)操作的優(yōu)先 ? Good relationship and communication skills. 良好的人際交往與業(yè)務(wù)溝通能力 ? Familiar with MS Office, Excel, Word, and PPT. 熟悉和熟練操作MS日常辦公軟件如Excel, Word, PPT等 ? Have a good mindset of customer- oriented, detail – oriented, career loyalty. 良好的客戶服務(wù)意識,注重細(xì)節(jié),職業(yè)忠誠度高
