I. Job Responsibilities?
1.Online Client Development & Conversion: Identify potential clients accurately through online channels, establish and dynamically update the client lead database, and drive the full client development process to achieve successful conversion and onboarding.?
2.Existing Client Retention & Engagement Enhancement: Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients via phone calls, emails, and other channels, respond promptly to client needs, resolve cooperation-related issues effectively, provide high-quality client services, and continuously enhance client loyalty.?
3.Sales Target Achievement: Fulfill monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in strict accordance with the company’s requirements.?

(B) Hard Requirements?
1.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, capable of conducting English business negotiations, business communications, and email correspondence without barriers.?
2.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above from a nationally recognized university (or equivalent international qualification). Majors in Finance, Economics, International Trade, English, Marketing, or related fields are preferred; overseas study experience or familiarity with the U.S. market is a plus.?
III. Working Hours?
Workdays & Rest Days: Workdays are Tuesday to Saturday; Sundays and Mondays are rest days. National statutory holidays in China are observed.?

一、工作內(nèi)容:
1.線上渠道開(kāi)發(fā)客戶,精準(zhǔn)挖掘潛在客戶,建立并動(dòng)態(tài)更新客戶線索庫(kù),實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶開(kāi)發(fā)與轉(zhuǎn)化;
2.維護(hù)老客戶,定期通過(guò)電話/郵件等方式回訪,及時(shí)響應(yīng)需求,服務(wù)好老客戶,提升客戶粘性;
3.嚴(yán)格按照公司要求,完成銷售指標(biāo)。

(二)硬性條件:
1.語(yǔ)言能力:英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫流利,能無(wú)障礙進(jìn)行英文商務(wù)洽談、業(yè)務(wù)溝通與郵件往來(lái);
2.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):經(jīng)驗(yàn)不限。
3.教育背景:國(guó)家統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷,金融、經(jīng)濟(jì)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、英語(yǔ)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;海外留學(xué)背景或熟悉美國(guó)市場(chǎng)者優(yōu)先。
三、工作時(shí)間:
工作日周二到周六,周日和周一雙休,國(guó)內(nèi)法定節(jié)假日。
