職位概要(Job summary):
負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)出口貨物的申報(bào)，跟進(jìn)報(bào)關(guān)流程。監(jiān)管保稅物料，協(xié)調(diào)及維護(hù)良好內(nèi)外部溝通及協(xié)作。
Responsible for declaration of I&E with following up customs process. To monitor bonded materials, coordinate and maintain good relations with external and internal.

1. 定期制訂工作計(jì)劃，確保上級(jí)安排的工作能夠按期完成。
Make work plan as routine, make sure to complete in time.
2. 協(xié)助建立報(bào)關(guān)運(yùn)作流程，確保報(bào)關(guān)事務(wù)順暢有序。
Assist in customs operation process, make sure declaration run smoothly.
3. 協(xié)助建立海關(guān)監(jiān)管物料及設(shè)備控制表并保證其實(shí)施。
Assist in setting up control format for customs supervision materials and equipment, make sure it updated on time.
4. 協(xié)助海關(guān)手冊(cè)及產(chǎn)品許可證的申請(qǐng)。
Assist in Customs Handbook and license application.
5. 獨(dú)立完成日常物料進(jìn)出口、商檢，海關(guān)月報(bào)。
Complete independently routine import & export, commodity inspection, monthly customs report.
6. 監(jiān)控及辦理物料的轉(zhuǎn)廠。
Monitor and handle switching factory.
7. 辦理海關(guān)集中月報(bào)，及進(jìn)出貨物集中月報(bào)商檢。
To Handle customs centralized monthly report with China Customs, Commodity Inspection report with CCIB.
8. 監(jiān)控電池備案證書(shū)及相關(guān)證書(shū)的有效期。
To monitor period of validity for Battery Registered Certificate and relative certificates.
9. 不作價(jià)設(shè)備年審，商檢年審，質(zhì)量許可證的申請(qǐng)。
Annual review of non-price equipment, commodity, inspections, and quality permit application.
10. 追蹤工程部門(mén)需加簽產(chǎn)品的BOM資料及加簽合同的BOM資料整理歸項(xiàng)。
Track BOM for license added, then classification and categorizing to the right items.
11. 錄入進(jìn)出口數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控表。
Prepare I&E data for monthly report and check with Contract Balance Spreadsheet.
12. 統(tǒng)計(jì)每月倉(cāng)庫(kù)保稅物料價(jià)值。
Bonded material monthly report to finance.
13. 核對(duì)日常進(jìn)出口清單申報(bào)記錄。
Check routine I&E list which is made by clerk.
14. 發(fā)行BOM與海關(guān)備案的BOM差異《工程部BOM更改情況對(duì)照表》。
Release Eng. BOM Change Comparison Report.
15. 處理上級(jí)交辦的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
