Job Responsibilities: l Generating new business: 1) Identifying new customers for the company’s products 2) Understanding of the elements going into a sourcing decision from the customer 3) Understanding the customer team that stay behind a decision. 4) Financial analyses, program costing and quoting (supported by the technical area) 5) Understanding of the cost side of a product and the ability to handle explaining 6) product costing to an experienced customer base 7) Performing the actual quoting and following up with the customer l Customer Account Management: 1) Uncovering new business opportunities 2) Scheduling and attending meetings and phone and e-mail follow-up with customers to keep pace with all customer product development or engineering activities that could lead to product opportunities for the company. 3) Handling customer complaints and requests, at any level from Customer Service to Purchasing to Executive Management l Sales Forecasting: 1) Collecting pertinent market data/information to be used in accurate sales forecasting 2) Responsible for the sales numbers for his/her own product line
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical or medical related discipline. 2. More than 5 years of work experience in disposable medical grade III or filtration field in foreign enterprises 3. Good selling skills and selling channels, having distributors’ management experience, excellent communication skills, hardworking and able to travel frequently. 4. Experiences in selling through dealers to Blood centers and Hospitals. 5. Proven experience in generating new business. 6. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. 7. Ability to handle many activities at any time. 8. Detail oriented person is a necessity. 9. Ability to work well in a complex organization to get answers and information needed by customers. 10. Experience forecasting and budgeting sales.
