長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定維護(hù)金融領(lǐng)域或咨詢領(lǐng)域的客戶關(guān)系;
打造自己成為一位值得信賴的顧問,并利用現(xiàn)有資源實(shí)現(xiàn)已合作客戶的項(xiàng)目的穩(wěn)定以及增長(zhǎng);
與項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理協(xié)作以求尋找和發(fā)展更多的業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì);
與客戶及內(nèi)部職能團(tuán)隊(duì)保持聯(lián)系,以確保客戶的需求和目標(biāo)及時(shí)、成功地交付;
清楚地向內(nèi)部和外部的相關(guān)人員傳達(dá)月度/季度計(jì)劃的進(jìn)展情況;
根據(jù)需要,協(xié)助處理解決客戶的請(qǐng)求。
崗位要求:
本科或以上學(xué)歷,
有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的客戶經(jīng)理、銷售顧問或在專業(yè)服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的其他相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
CET6,或可使用英文郵件溝通;
為人積極主動(dòng),熱情,并有優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧;
Job description:
Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with financial institution customers or Consulting customers
Position yourself as a trusted advisor and leverage resources to cross-selling to existing customers
Collaborate with project managers to identify and grow opportunities
Liaise between customer and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, proven work experience as an account manager, sales advisor or other relevant experience in professional service is preferred
High proficiency in English reading and writing
Proactive, enthusiastic, outstanding interpersonal skills
