崗位職責
1.客戶關系管理
. 負責維護和拓展海外客戶關系,確??蛻魸M意度。
. 定期與客戶溝通,了解需求并提供解決方案。
. 客戶來訪的商務接待。
2.售前服務及銷售目標達成
. 及時為海外客戶的詢盤制定技術方案及報價單。
. 及時為海外客戶解答,解決各種售前技術問題。
. 執(zhí)行銷售計劃,完成公司分配的銷售目標。
3. 合同與訂單管理
. 負責客戶合同的簽訂,并在CRM系統(tǒng)中轉(zhuǎn)換成內(nèi)部SO并下達給公司內(nèi)部團隊。
. 對訂單進行全方位的跟進,包含技術,生產(chǎn),付款,訂艙及出貨的進度關注及跟進。確保訂單的及時交付。
4. 售后服務支持。
. 處理客戶投訴,跟內(nèi)部售后服務部門一起解決售后問題。
. 協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源提供技術支持和培訓,提升客戶使用體驗。
5. 市場調(diào)研與分析
. 收集和分析海外市場信息,了解行業(yè)動態(tài)和競爭對手情況。
. 根據(jù)市場反饋,提出產(chǎn)品改進或市場策略建議。
6. 團隊協(xié)作
. 與駐海外銷售、市場、訂單、產(chǎn)品和技術團隊緊密合作,確保客戶需求得到滿足。
Job Responsibilities:1. Customer Relationship Management
.Expanding overseas markets and developing international clients.
. Mantain and expand relationships with overseas clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
. Commuicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
. Handle business reception for client visits.
2. Pre-Sales Support and Sales Target Achievement
. Prepare technical proposals and quotations promptly in response to overseas client inquiries.
. Adderess and resolver various pre-sales technical issues for overseas clients in a timely manner.
. Execute sales plans and achieve company-assigned sales targets.
3. Contract and Order Management
. Manage client contract signing and convert them into internal Sales Orders(SO) in the CRM system, then distrbute them to internal teams.
. Oversee the entire order process, including technical, production, payment, booking, and shippping progress, ensuring timely delivery.
4. After-Sales Support
. Handle customer complaints and collaborate with the internal after-sales service team to resolve issues.
. Coordinate internal resources to provide technical support and training, enhancing the customer experience.
5. Market Research and Analysis
. Collectand analyze overseas market inforamtion to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
. Provide suggestions for product improvements or market strategies based on market feedback.
6. Team Collaboration
. Work closely with overseas sales, marketing, order management, product, and technical teams to ensure client needs are met.
任職要求
1.學歷要求
. 本科及以上學歷,市場營銷、國際貿(mào)易、商務英語、制冷、電氣或相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. 工作經(jīng)驗
. 2-3年電氣工程師、制冷工程師、海外銷售助理、海外營銷、海外客戶管理或國際貿(mào)易相關工作經(jīng)驗,有行業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先。
3. 語言能力
. 優(yōu)秀的英語聽說讀寫能力,能夠與海外客戶流暢溝通。
4. 跨文化溝通能力
. 具備較強的跨文化溝通能力,能夠適應不同國家和地區(qū)的文化差異。
5. 客戶溝通和維護能力。
. 具備出色的客戶溝通和維護能力,具備利他精神,能實時站在客戶的立場溝通和處理問題。
6. 技術支持能力。
. 通過對公司產(chǎn)品的學習對數(shù)據(jù)中心及精密空調(diào)類的產(chǎn)品技術有一定的了解,能夠解答客戶的技術問題,并提供解決方案。
7. 團隊協(xié)作能力
. 具備良好的團隊協(xié)作精神,能夠與內(nèi)部銷售、市場、訂單管理、生產(chǎn)、技術等部門高效合作。
8. 抗壓能力
. 能夠在較高強度工作環(huán)境下保持高效,具備較強的抗壓能力和問題解決能力。
9. 其他技能
. 熟練使用辦公軟件(如Word、Excel、PPT)及CRM系統(tǒng)。
Job Qualifications
1. Education Requirements
. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business English, Refrigeration, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Work Experience
. 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, Refrigeration Engineer, Overseas Sales Assistant, Overseas Marketing Specialist, Overseas Account Manager, or in International Trade. Industry background is a plus.
3. Language Skills
. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate fluently with overseas clients.
4. Cross-Cultural Communication Skills
. Strong ability to communicate across cultures and adapt to cultural differences in various countries and regions.
5. Customer Cmmunication and Relationship Management
. Exceptional customer communication and relationship management skills, with an altruistic mindset and the ability to address issues from the client's perspective in real time.
6. Technical Support Ability
. Through learning about the company's products, develop a basice understanding of data center and prcision cooling technologies, and be able to address tehnical inquiries and provide solutions.
7. Team Collaboration Skills
. Strong team payer with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal sales, marketing, order management, production, and technical teams.
8. Stress Management
. Ability to work efficiently in a hight-pressure environment, with strong stress management and problem-solving skills.
9. Additional Skills
