This
role is responsible for IT integration project to make sure partners upload
data under company’s requirements.


He/she
should be the owner of wholesale database and output correct reports to
management team.


He/she
also needs to assist trade show and strategic meeting arrangement and team
support as well as other supporting task assigned.


Wholesale
Business Analysis


1.Maintain the wholesale database, including but not limit to sell-in, sell-out,
traffic, inventory, store information, ensuring the database is accurate and
updated in a timely manner;


2. Own the analysis of partners’ in-season sell-thru and
inventory, on time output regular reports to management team by weekly and
monthly;


3.
Follow up the updates of store status and provide updated list to relevant
teams to make sure all teams get the centralized information;


4. Track
sales related incentive & market promotion result to analyze support
efficiency;


5.In-season shipment tracking, to make sure the monthly/quarterly shipment
achievement is under control.


Standard procedure and Operation Support


1.Assist with contract preparation and signing process, submission and archiving,
ensuring contract templates are standardized;


2. Assist to seasonal returns, provide return forecast report;


3. Collect and archive the supporting documents for team;


4.Summarize Pre-line order and Trade Show order, tracking in season orders to
provide the accurate order data for analysis.
