Job Description：
1、Conduct Research Projects:
Experimental postdocs perform animal surgery, training, recording experiments, histology, and data analysis.
Computational postdocs perform computer simulation of brain’s cognitive processing with brain-like ANN (using deep learning tools), and data analysis of anixperimental data.
2、Provide Research Support:

2、Provide Research Support:
Assist and teach other lab members with various ongoing research activities, including animal surgeries, experiments, and data analysis.
Requirements：
1. Excellent Writing and Speaking Skills in English: English is the primary language of communication at CIBR.
2. Strong Interpersonal Skills and Ability to Work Smoothly with Lab Members: This is important for communication within the team.
3. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines, along with effective communication with the PI when encountering difficulties.
4. Continual Learning and Self-Improvement: Willingness and ability to learn
new skills and update professional knowledge.
5. For experimental postdocs, an electrophysiological experience will be an asset.
6. For computational postdocs, neuroscience knowledge is a plus, but not required. Programming skills in Python, deep learning framework (TensorFlow), and MATLAB will be an asset.

北京腦科學(xué)與類腦研究所北京腦科學(xué)與類腦研究所（CIBR）是在科技部的指導(dǎo)下，由北京市人民政府聯(lián)合中國(guó)科學(xué)院、軍事科學(xué)院、北京大學(xué)、清華大學(xué)、北京師范大學(xué)、中國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院、中國(guó)中醫(yī)科學(xué)院等8家單位，共同發(fā)起成立的新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“北京腦中心”），屬于事業(yè)單位。北京腦所將結(jié)合全國(guó)科技創(chuàng)新中心的首都城市戰(zhàn)略定位，圍繞國(guó)家重大項(xiàng)目研究方向，承接國(guó)家腦計(jì)劃，立足北京的工作基礎(chǔ)和優(yōu)勢(shì)特色，搭建關(guān)鍵技術(shù)平臺(tái)，在腦科學(xué)與類腦研究領(lǐng)域集中開展科技攻關(guān)，實(shí)現(xiàn)前沿技術(shù)和重大腦科學(xué)研究的突破，成為國(guó)際領(lǐng)先的腦科學(xué)研究所。北京腦科學(xué)與類腦研究所于2018年3月22日成立，前期建設(shè)工作全面啟動(dòng)，誠(chéng)邀海內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀的行政服務(wù)人員加盟。
