Responsibilities (main tasks): 主要工作職責(zé): 1.Make & execute purchasing strategies and targets for global sourcing and localization project; 制定并執(zhí)行全球采購及國產(chǎn)化的策略和目標; 2.Develop and complete strategies & procedures for procurement, implement monitoring and management; 制定并完善切實可行的采購工作流程和策略,實施監(jiān)控和管理; 3.Develop and complete the development, maintenance, monitoring and evaluation system of suppliers to meet the plan and target of company purchasing; 制定和執(zhí)行供應(yīng)商的開發(fā),維護,跟蹤及評價體系以滿足公司采購計劃和目標; 4.Organize and make procurement plan、material arrival plan, inventory management plan. Implement and monitor orders releasing; 組織建立采購計劃,物料到貨計劃,庫存管理計劃和相關(guān)訂單的簽訂,落實和跟蹤; 5.Reasonable and effective inquiry and negotiation of suppliers, cost analysis and evaluation, formulate and implement cost reduction strategy plans, to ensure the achievement of cost reduction goals; 合理有效對供應(yīng)商詢價議價,成本分析及評估,制定降本策略計劃,并按計劃實施降本,確保降本目標達成; 6.Cross-functional work and coordination with HQ, internal department and suppliers to support and achieve plant project target; 與總部、供應(yīng)商以及跨部門之間的工作溝通來達到支持和完成工廠的項目目標; 7.Perform other tasks assigned by the department supervisor. 完成部門主管安排的其他任務(wù)。
