電氣設(shè)備維修機(jī)械設(shè)備維修綜合維修通用設(shè)備制造工業(yè)自動(dòng)化
崗位職責(zé)
1.協(xié)助現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程師或現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)理完成設(shè)備管理相關(guān)報(bào)告
2.協(xié)助現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程師或現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)理制定預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃
3.參與設(shè)備故障分析診斷以及設(shè)備故障排除工作
4.響應(yīng)維護(hù)期間的支持
5.參與備品備件的管理
6.參與設(shè)備的大修改造、校準(zhǔn)、年檢等
7.遵守公司和客戶的各項(xiàng)安全規(guī)定，確保所有工作符合EHS規(guī)定
8.參與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的持續(xù)改進(jìn)
任職資格
1.統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)電一體化、電氣、自動(dòng)化等相關(guān)理工科專業(yè)
2.英語CET-4級(jí)以上，能看懂英文設(shè)備資料，英語可作為工作語言使用
3.具備較豐富的電氣知識(shí)，會(huì)使用萬用表，能看懂電路圖（側(cè)重于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問題處理方面）
4.熟悉西門子PLC、博圖軟件，能對(duì)PLC故障進(jìn)行診斷
5.熟悉制冷機(jī)組工作原理，能識(shí)別設(shè)備故障原因
6.熟悉充放電設(shè)備工作原理，最好接觸過Kratzer充放電設(shè)備，對(duì)故障進(jìn)行診斷
7.熟悉C語言，能看懂語句的邏輯關(guān)系，便于對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行故障診斷
8.接觸過耐壓測(cè)試儀、氣密性檢測(cè)設(shè)備，了解基本設(shè)備故障問題
Job description
1. Assist site engineer or site manager to complete equipment management related reports
Assist site engineer or site manager to make preventive maintenance plan
3. Participate in equipment fault analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting
4. Response to support during maintenance
5. Participate in spare parts management
6. Participate in the overhaul and calibration of equipment
7. Comply with all safety regulations of the company and customers to ensure all work complies with EHS regulations
8. Participate in continuous improvement of field equipment
Qualifications
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical integration, electrical automation or related science and engineering
2. CET-4 or above, can understand English equipment information，can be used as working language
3. Rich electrical knowledge, able to use a multimeter, and able to understand circuit diagrams (with a focus on on-site problem handling)
4. Familiar with Siemens PLC and Botu software, able to diagnose PLC faults 5. Familiar with the working principle of refrigeration units and able to identify the causes of equipment failures 6. Familiar with the working principle of charging and discharging equipment, preferably with Kratzer charging and discharging equipment, to diagnose faults 7. Familiar with C language, able to understand the logical relationship of statements, facilitating fault diagnosis of equipment 8. Have come into contact with pressure testers and airtightness testing equipment to understand basic equipment failure issues
