Job Description -Fully understand FM scope of work, and related detail requirements. Assist to prepare site budget plan and monitoring for HVAC related engineering project and maintenance. -Manage and periodically assess the service quality, price for related vendors, provide assessment report and improvement suggestions. -Other task assigned by site manager. Job Requirement -College in HVAC engineering or equivalent. -At least 5 years’ experience in HVAC system operation and maintenance related areas. -Holder refrigeration and air-conditioning operation certificate is preferred. -English is required for this position.
