Job Responsibilities -Ensuring that all facilities are operated and maintained in a cost-effective, safe and first-class condition. -Developing the budget and managing the financial performance of the project. -Ensuring that contract requirements have been executed at a level above the stated standards. -Planning, directing, and monitoring the performance of operations and maintenance personnel. -Communicating the operating philosophy, objectives, and expectations to the site personnel in a continuing effort to build the site team. -Build a strong working relationship with client FM team to resolve problems and/or conflicts and maintain open communications with client including regular written and oral reports. -Developing and reviewing work processes to ensure that work is performed in a safe and effective manner. -Recommending solutions and implementing appropriate corrective action to major or complex maintenance issues. -Assimilating management information and writing reports detailing activities. -Developing preventive maintenance programs to achieve the lowest life-cycle cost associated with providing a satisfactory environment for client; --Establishing specific maintenance actions and their frequency of performance. -Complying with all company policies and procedures and adhering to company standards. Job Requirements -Bachelor's degree (above) in electrical, mechanical or manufacturing engineering or equivalent professional experience is required. -At least 8+ years’ working experience in facility management function and in which at least 5+ years in world-known leading professional FM service companies; -Proven at least 5+ years of manager role and have more than 5 direct report staff. -Strong project management ability & proven successful experience. -Competent knowledge of country and local environmental, health, and safety regulations and good command of engineering & facilities regulations, GB (national standard) and local regulations. -Excellent in Chinese and English language in terms of reading, writing and speaking. Able to work in a non-Chinese language environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Strong capability in event Planning & organization with proven successful experience.
