Main Responsibilities: 1.Support the General Manager with daily administrative tasks, meeting coordination, calendar management, and internal/external communications. 2.Maintain basic accounting records, prepare periodic financial reports, and coordinate with the local accounting firm for reporting and tax compliance. 3.Manage company administrative procedures, including permits, visas, licenses, contracts, and official documentation before local authorities. 4.Coordinate business travel, including bookings, accommodations, transportation, and necessary documentation (visas and insurance). 5.Serve as the liaison between the company and the payroll service provider, ensuring proper management of local staff. 6.Keep internal documentation up to date and ensure compliance with corporate procedures established by headquarters.
