Main responsibilities: Coordinate with internal and external mold suppliers to ensure the feasibility of injection molding process manufacturing through
professional knowledge.
1. Injection mold trial run and injection parameter setting for new project and relocation project.
2. To guidance for mold maintain and management.
3. Technical communication and process planning for injection process of new project. (Process Planning and Process Optimization).
4. Development of FEMA, WI, VSM and other process documents for injection production.
5. Proficient in using the relevant processes of lean production to analyze failure issues. Analysis and resolution of on-site quality defects and scrap issues.
6. Te-reduction,changeover, ergonomics, layout optimization, MTM, line balance analysis and standard document preparation.
7. Trainings to production according to standard operating procedure.
8. Capacity analysis and optimization based on sales forecasts, monthly actual capacity statistics.
9. Support and participation in assembly and other manufacturing processes as other Processes’ backup.
Requirements:
1.College Degree or above.
2. At least five years of work experience in injection molding, familiar with the process parameter requirements of injection molding related equipment.
3. Those with work experience in process optimization, industrial engineering, and assembly technology will be given priority consideration.
4. Proficient in English reading and writing, able to independently participate in conference calls and write English emails.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, strong learning ability,positive work attitude, and strong execution ability.
