1:Strengthen and develop both external and internal communication and enhance the communication support given to our customers and employees.
2:Develop social media (WeChat, etc), keeping to update min. once 2 week.
3: Responsible for the release of communication materials such as leaflets, brochure, Product Catalogue acc. to the brand manual.
4:Establish a yearly media plan with Marketing department and assist the sales department to organize seminars, campaigns and exhibitions in associated with agencies, photographers and printers.
5:Support to develop and execute internal campaigns (e.g., newsletters, intranet updates, leadership memos) to drive transparency.
6:Employee Engagement Organize engagement initiatives
- Annual engagement events planning and execution, such as townhall meeting, teambuilding, annual party and holiday activities Support & monitor post-employee satisfaction survey follow-up actions. 7:Work closely with Corporate HR Communications and spreading information from Group to departments within the company
8:Draft and edit newsletters, holiday notice, stories, internal social media(Engage), maintain communication channels.
-Cascade culture andcommunication campaign from global to local.
-China annual calendar or notebook design, printing, and distribution
9:Minimum 3 years’ experience in communication
10:Familiar with functional requirements, especially for branding management.
11:Knowledge/Educational requirements University degree or above, majored in communication or relevant.
12:Proficiency in PPT/PS/basic video editing (at least 2 tools).
Excellent English and Chinese
writing skills, good command of English communication and computer applications.
13:A self-disciplined professional with team work spirit and strong sense of responsibility
