【崗位職責(zé)Key Responsibilities】 1.[培訓(xùn)體系開發(fā)] 設(shè)計(jì)T2品牌專屬的門店茶藝培訓(xùn)體系(含茶葉知識(shí)、沖泡技巧、客戶體驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn))Develop T2-branded store training programs (tea knowledge, brewing techniques, CX standards) 2.[培訓(xùn)執(zhí)行] 為新店開業(yè)提供駐店培訓(xùn),為現(xiàn)有門店安排季度復(fù)訓(xùn) Conduct on-site training for new store launches & quarterly refresher courses 3.[考核評估] 制定門店員工茶藝認(rèn)證考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn),跟蹤培訓(xùn)后業(yè)績改善 Design tea certification exams & track post-training performance KPIs 4.[文化傳播] 將T2的澳洲品牌文化轉(zhuǎn)化為中國門店可落地的服務(wù)話術(shù) Localize T2's Australian brand culture into executable service guidelines 【任職要求 Qualifications】 1.[硬性條件 Must-have] 5年以上茶飲/零售行業(yè)培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)(有國際品牌經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先) 5+ years in F&B/retail training (global brand exp. preferred) 精通中國茶/拼配茶知識(shí),持有茶藝師資格證更佳 Expertise in Chinese/international teas (tea master certification a plus) 能適應(yīng)50%出差頻率(支持全國門店) 50% travel required (nationwide store support) 2.[軟性能力 Soft Skills] 故事力:能將茶文化轉(zhuǎn)化為吸引Z世代的內(nèi)容 Storytelling: Able to engage Gen Z with tea culture 數(shù)據(jù)思維:能通過培訓(xùn)數(shù)據(jù)優(yōu)化門店轉(zhuǎn)化率 Data-driven: Improve store conversion through training metricso 3.[績效指標(biāo) KPIs] 門店員工認(rèn)證通過率 ≥90% 新店開業(yè)培訓(xùn)達(dá)標(biāo)周期 ≤7天 客戶滿意度(NPS)提升15% 4.[加分項(xiàng) Bonus Points] 熟悉咖啡/精品茶飲跨界知識(shí) 有抖音/小紅書內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 備注: 該崗位需與全球培訓(xùn)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密協(xié)作,同步更新產(chǎn)品知識(shí)。 Note: This role requires close collaboration with global training team on product updates.
