Operations Manager – Logistics & Tariff Management
ATLANTICA is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee international logistics operations, manage tariffs, and ensure smooth coordination across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage day-to-day operations related to international logistics (sea, air, rail, road transportation);
? Analyze and optimize shipping rates; coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders;
? Negotiate and monitor delivery terms, schedules, and payments;
? Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLA);
? Maintain internal reporting and logistics data systems;
? Build effective workflows with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners;
? Contribute to the development of new transportation routes and logistics solutions.
Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or international transportation;
? Solid understanding of tariff structures and logistics cost management;
? Familiarity with Incoterms and basic customs procedures;
? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure;
? Excellent communication skills and a structured, process-oriented mindset;
? Proficiency in English (preferred);
? Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets.
