職位概述
a. Conduct experiments to explore the scope and limitations for development and optimization of ADC conjugation. Participate in analytical characterization for ADCs, such as DAR, residual free drug, aggregation level, endotoxin, etc. Skilled in literature searching about ADC;
b. Familiarity with various coupling technologies is preferred. Bachelor degree in biology and major in Biological Engineering, Biotechnology or Biochemistry with more than 2 years of experience in Bioconjugation.
