Ocean Export Operation 海運(yùn)出口操作
JOB PURPOSE

Communicated with client and monitor operations to make sure the customer satisfactory maximize profitability, cost efficient operations.
及時(shí)和客戶保持溝通并安排海運(yùn)出口事宜，操作及安排整個(gè)海運(yùn)出口的相關(guān)事宜， 和船公司/訂艙代理/車隊(duì)/報(bào)關(guān)行 保持聯(lián)系安排具體事宜，控制每票貨物的收入和成本,為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)，高效，滿意的服務(wù)。

Functional Responsibility 你的工作職責(zé)：
  1. Receive booking from suppliers/shippers/sales etc , make booking instruction to operation ,Send pre-alert and invoice接收客戶托書，根據(jù)指示操作安排海運(yùn)出口事宜，貨物出運(yùn)后發(fā)送相關(guān)單據(jù)和費(fèi)用
  2. Timely communicate and maintain good relationship with client 與客戶保持實(shí)時(shí)有效的溝通
  3. Place booking to carrier, and arrange trucking/warehousing/delivery,follow cargo track負(fù)責(zé)海運(yùn)出口貨物操作，如訂艙,配載及跟蹤
  4. Send manifest & SI to carrier/booking angency 及時(shí)發(fā)送艙單及SI
  5. Key in shipment record in system 系統(tǒng)錄入
  6. Check BL information with supplier & issue 提單的核對(duì)和簽發(fā)
  7. Cfm local charge with supplier & issue invoice 起運(yùn)港費(fèi)用的確認(rèn)和***
  8. Control the income,double check the cost list from agency/trucking broker/warehouse monthly 控制收入，符合月賬單成本
  9. Control cost and invoice local charge to supplier accoding to the company standard charge成本費(fèi)用的申請(qǐng)及控制
  10. Proactively work to reduce risk and potential claims.有預(yù)見性地減少風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和投訴
  11. Work with customers ， vendors and other related parties to improve our performance and service.和客戶，供應(yīng)商和其他部門保持持續(xù)溝通，以提高日常工作質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平。
  12. Ensure the daily excellent service provided and the KPI met.保證為客戶提供良好的服務(wù)
  13. Follow other instruction from Leader 上級(jí)安排的其他工作
