We are currently building a team and are looking for the following positions to join us:
Java Development Engineer (m/f/d) – Remote (100%)

Your day-to-day work includes:

Design, develop and maintain HR ATS and CRM back-end systems based on Spring Boot and Spring Framework using Java and Kotlin;
Build powerful, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs and microservices;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers;
Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with front-end components;
Write clean, efficient, maintainable code that follows industry best practices;
Conduct unit tests and participate in integration tests to ensure the stability of the application;
Debugging and solving complex technical problems in a timely manner;
Documentation of technical processes, system design, and configuration;
Continuously focus on emerging technologies and frameworks, and continuously optimize the development process.

We want you to:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related majors;
More than 5 years of back-end development experience, proficient in Java and Kotlin;
Rich hands-on experience with Spring Boot and its ecosystem;
Deep understanding of microservice architecture and RESTful API design principles;
Familiar with SQL/NoSQL databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB);
Proficiency in the use of Git or other version control systems;
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment practices;
Have strong problem-solving ability and be able to troubleshoot efficiently.
