Perform daily maintenance on the instruments. 2. Perform sample preparation, testing, and data analysis. 3. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for instruments and provide professional training and technical guidance to researchers. 4. Organize academic exchange activities, including seminars, user training, and technical workshops to promote new technologies. 5. Ensure the adherence to safety practices per Health and Safety regulations. 6. Master's degree or above in Biological Sciences or related fields. 2. Priority given to candidates with one or more of the following skills: - Proficient in aseptic techniques and cell culture. - Experienced in molecular biology techniques. - Familiar with sample preparation, operation, and data analysis of LC-MS instruments. 3. Strong English proficiency with ability to read scientific literature, operational procedures, and equipment manuals; good writing skills in both Chinese and English. 4.
