Formally established in June 2022, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou)(HKUST(GZ)) is a cooperatively-run university between the Chinese mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. HKUST(GZ) has obtained approval from the Ministry of Education (MoE) and become the first legally-independent educational institution co-established by the Mainland and Hong Kong since the announcement and implementation of the “Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” and the “Overall Plan for Deepening Globally Oriented Comprehensive Co-operation amongst Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in Nansha of Guangzhou”. With a spirit of pioneering innovation, HKUST(GZ) charts new territories in cross-disciplinary education and explores new frontiers in pedagogies, aiming to serve as a role model of the mainland-Hong Kong integrated educational development and become a world-famous high-level university, endeavoring to nurture future-oriented, high-level and innovative talents.

工作職責(zé)
1. 市場與公關(guān)輔助支持
協(xié)助收集行業(yè)市場動(dòng)態(tài)、競品信息,整理成基礎(chǔ)分析報(bào)告,為市場策略制定提供數(shù)據(jù)參考。
參與線上宣傳內(nèi)容制作,如社交媒體文案初稿撰寫、圖片素材篩選與簡單排版(如公眾號推文配圖調(diào)整)。
協(xié)助整理媒體聯(lián)絡(luò)清單,跟進(jìn)新聞稿發(fā)布后的基礎(chǔ)反饋(如媒體轉(zhuǎn)載情況統(tǒng)計(jì))。
輔助制作宣傳物料素材,如整理課程介紹文字、協(xié)助校對宣傳冊內(nèi)容,確保信息準(zhǔn)確性。
Assist in collecting industry market trends and competitor information, and organize them into basic analysis reports to provide data support for marketing strategy formulation.
Participate in the creation of online promotional content, such as drafting initial copies for social media and selecting and simple layout of image materials (e.g., adjusting images for official WeChat articles).
Assist in organizing media contact lists and following up on basic feedback after press release distribution (e.g., statistics on media reprints).
Support the production of promotional material resources, such as organizing course introduction texts and assisting in proofreading brochure content to ensure information accuracy.
2. 招生宣傳協(xié)助
協(xié)助整理招生咨詢問題庫,對常見問題(如課程時(shí)間、申請材料要求)進(jìn)行分類匯總。
輔助管理招生咨詢渠道(如咨詢郵箱、線上咨詢?nèi)海?,在專員指導(dǎo)下回復(fù)基礎(chǔ)咨詢問題。
協(xié)助更新招生數(shù)據(jù)庫,如錄入潛在學(xué)員信息、跟蹤報(bào)名進(jìn)度,確保數(shù)據(jù)錄入規(guī)范。
參與招生推廣活動(dòng)籌備,如整理開放日、線上宣講會(huì)所需物料(如學(xué)員簽到表、PPT 打印版)。
Assist in organizing the enrollment consultation question bank and categorizing common questions (e.g., course schedule, application material requirements).
Support the management of enrollment consultation channels (e.g., consultation email, online consultation group) and reply to basic consultation questions under the guidance of the specialist.
Assist in updating the enrollment database, such as entering potential student information and tracking application progress to ensure standardized data entry.
Participate in the preparation of enrollment promotion activities, such as organizing materials required for open days and online information sessions (e.g., student sign-in sheets, printed versions of PPTs).
3. 活動(dòng)運(yùn)營輔助執(zhí)行
參與活動(dòng)前期籌備,如協(xié)助確認(rèn)參會(huì)嘉賓基礎(chǔ)信息、整理活動(dòng)物資清單(如名牌、會(huì)議資料)。
活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場提供支持,如引導(dǎo)參會(huì)人員簽到、協(xié)助維護(hù)現(xiàn)場秩序、傳遞基礎(chǔ)物資(如水、資料袋)。
活動(dòng)后協(xié)助收集反饋,如整理參會(huì)人員問卷、統(tǒng)計(jì)活動(dòng)參與人數(shù)、協(xié)助撰寫活動(dòng)總結(jié)初稿。
協(xié)助協(xié)調(diào)活動(dòng)后勤事宜,如聯(lián)系場地管理員確認(rèn)設(shè)備狀態(tài)、跟進(jìn)餐飲預(yù)訂的基礎(chǔ)溝通。
Participate in pre-event preparation, such as assisting in confirming basic information of participating guests and organizing event material lists (e.g., name tags, meeting materials).
Provide on-site support during events, such as guiding participants to sign in, assisting in maintaining on-site order, and delivering basic supplies (e.g., water, information bags).
Assist in collecting feedback after events, such as organizing participant questionnaires, counting event attendance, and assisting in drafting initial event summaries.
Assist in coordinating event logistics, such as contacting venue managers to confirm equipment status and following up on basic communication for catering reservations.
4. 日常行政與協(xié)作支持
協(xié)助整理項(xiàng)目文檔,如分類歸檔活動(dòng)照片、會(huì)議紀(jì)要,確保文件存儲(chǔ)有序。
輔助準(zhǔn)備會(huì)議材料,如打印會(huì)議議程、整理參會(huì)人員名單,協(xié)助布置簡單會(huì)議現(xiàn)場。
參與團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部溝通,如傳遞基礎(chǔ)工作通知、協(xié)助跟進(jìn)跨部門協(xié)作的簡單事項(xiàng)。
完成市場及活動(dòng)專員交辦的其他臨時(shí)性輔助任務(wù),確保團(tuán)隊(duì)日常工作順暢推進(jìn)。
Assist in organizing project documents, such as categorizing and archiving event photos and meeting minutes to ensure orderly file storage.
Support the preparation of meeting materials, such as printing meeting agendas, organizing participant lists, and assisting in arranging simple meeting venues.
Participate in internal team communication, such as delivering basic work notices and assisting in following up on simple cross-departmental collaboration matters.
Complete other temporary auxiliary tasks assigned by the Marketing & Event Specialist to ensure the smooth progress of the team's daily work.

1. 教育背景
在讀本科生或研究生,市場營銷、傳播學(xué)、工商管理、旅游與酒店管理、教育學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program, with priority given to majors such as Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Tourism and Hospitality Management, and Education.
2. 核心技能
溝通能力:具備基礎(chǔ)的中英文書面及口頭表達(dá)能力,能清晰傳遞信息,配合團(tuán)隊(duì)完成工作。
學(xué)習(xí)能力:對教育行業(yè)、市場活動(dòng)工作有興趣,愿意主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)新知識,快速適應(yīng)工作節(jié)奏。
細(xì)致耐心:對待數(shù)據(jù)錄入、文檔整理等基礎(chǔ)工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),能關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié),減少失誤。
協(xié)作意識:樂于配合團(tuán)隊(duì)完成任務(wù),能積極響應(yīng)指導(dǎo),主動(dòng)反饋工作進(jìn)展中的問題。
基礎(chǔ)工具使用:熟悉 Office 辦公軟件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint),會(huì)使用簡單圖片處理工具(如 Canva)者優(yōu)先。
Communication Skills: Basic written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, able to convey information clearly and cooperate with the team to complete work.
Learning Ability: Interested in the education industry and marketing event work, willing to take the initiative to learn new knowledge and quickly adapt to the work rhythm.
Carefulness and Patience: Responsible for basic work such as data entry and document organization, able to pay attention to details and reduce mistakes.
Collaboration Awareness: Willing to cooperate with the team to complete tasks, able to respond positively to guidance and proactively feedback problems in work progress.
Basic Tool Usage: Familiar with Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and priority will be given to those who can use simple image processing tools (e.g., Canva).

Priority will be given to those with experience in campus event planning, student organization publicity, or relevant marketing and event internships.
Priority will be given to those who understand social media operations (e.g., WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu) and have experience in simple copywriting and content editing.
Priority will be given to those who can communicate fluently in Mandarin, and English.
Priority will be given to those with a certain sense of innovation and able to put forward basic optimization suggestions for event formats and promotional content.
