QC七大手法8D報告ISO9001
崗位職責 / Responsibilities:
1.負責全球范圍內(nèi)供應商質(zhì)量準入評估、初始樣品審核及過程審核，確保新供應商質(zhì)量能力達標。Conduct global supplier qualification audits, initial sample evaluations, and process audits to ensure suppliers meet quality requirements.
2.制定原材料來料檢驗標準與作業(yè)指導書，協(xié)助 IQC部門建立有效的來料質(zhì)量控制流程。Develop incoming material inspection standards and work instructions; support IQC in establishing effective incoming quality control processes.
3.跟進重大來料異常問題的調(diào)查、分析與改善，對關(guān)鍵材料質(zhì)量問題實施閉環(huán)管理。Investigate and manage major incoming quality issues; drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
4.推動供應商績效管理與持續(xù)改進，組織定期質(zhì)量評審會議與月度績效評分。Lead supplier performance management and continuous improvement; organize regular quality reviews and monthly performance scoring.
5.參與新供應商開發(fā)與認證過程中的質(zhì)量風險識別與預防措施制定。Participate in new supplier development by identifying quality risks and establishing preventive measures.
6.協(xié)調(diào)跨部門資源，提升供應鏈整體質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性與響應速度。Coordinate cross-functional resources to enhance overall supply chain quality and responsiveness.
任職要求 / Requirements:
1.本科及以上學歷，機械、材料、化工或質(zhì)量工程相關(guān)專業(yè)。Bachelor ’ s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
2.3年以上供應商質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗，有國際采購或多工廠協(xié)同經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。Minimum 3 years of experience in supplier quality management; international sourcing or multi-site coordination experience is a plus.
4.熟悉 ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001等管理體系，掌握審核技巧和異常處理方法。Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001、ISO45001 standards; skilled in audit techniques and issue resolution.
5.具備一定的項目管理能力，邏輯清晰，行動力強。Solid project management skills; strong logical thinking and action-oriented mindset.
6.英語溝通與書寫能力良好，能夠與海外工廠及供應商順暢協(xié)作。Good English communication and writing skills; capable of working effectively with overseas teams and suppliers.
7.能接受短期出差，適應多任務(wù)與快速節(jié)奏的工作環(huán)境。Willing to travel; adaptable to multitasking and fast-paced work environments.
