任職要求：

1. Bachelor or above，major in material, polymer , chemical or related；

本科及以上學歷，材料、高分子、化工等相關專業(yè)；

2. 3+ years experience in laboratory testing and development，good knowledge of mechanical principles, materials properties and/or chemical properties and with R&D project experience, preferrable with experience in resin, polymer, graphite material industry；

3年以上研發(fā)測試工作經驗，具備良好的機械原理、材料性能和/或化學性能知識和研發(fā)項目管理經驗, 樹脂、高分子材料和石墨材料行業(yè)經驗優(yōu)先；

3. Good command of laboratory instrumentation for material testing，able to write technical reports clearly in English;

能熟練使用實驗室儀器進行材料測試，用英語撰寫技術研發(fā)報告；

4. Proficient in data searching of Chinese and English literature, journals and so on, preferrable with experience in patent, high-tech enterprises or other projects application;

能夠熟練檢索各類中英文文獻、期刊等，有專利、高新技術企業(yè)或其他項目申報經驗優(yōu)先；

5.Good communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills, good at data analysis and can independently handle different tasks and conflicts;
