Job Description: ? Manage the daily commercial operations ? Manage a group of 2-3 team leaders; support the individuals in their performance and individual development ? Travel together with the team members and establish and maintain customer relationships ? Execute against the annual targets set by management and report monthly financial updates against the growth targets ? Create a 3- 5 year strategic plan, set priorities for the team and execute against the agreed priorities ? Develop a pipeline of new opportunities to ensure a long-term healthy growth of the business ? Together with marketing, provide clear analysis and strategic direction for the US market Requirements: ? A high energy leader with a great sense of ownership. ? Exhibit a sense of urgency and independent initiative toward accomplishing objectives ? Bachelor's degree in mechanical, automatic, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. ? 10+ years professional work experience, with expertise in sales and a minimum of 5 years of management of a team is required ? A minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-national company, expertise with distributors is a strong advantage ? Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire people to reach a common goal ? Effective communication and presentation skills ? Excellent skill in oral and written English
