主要工作職/Main Responsibilities:

replacement of worn parts according to the equipment maintenance manual and
operating procedures


3.準確、及時地填寫設備點檢、保養(yǎng)記錄和維修記錄，建立并更新維護檔案。

- 故障診斷與應急維修 （Troubleshooting
& Repair）


1.快速響應生產線的設備故障報修，及時進行診斷，找出故障根源。

2.高效安全地完成設備故障修復工作，包括但不限于：傳動系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)、氣動系統(tǒng)、導軌、夾具等的維修與更換。

equipment failures, including but not limited to maintenance and replacement
of the transmission system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, guide rails,
fixtures etc.


3.在緊急情況下，能采用有效措施，以最快的速度恢復生產，并記錄完整的故障處理過程。

can be taken to restore production as quickly as possible, and a complete

- 安裝、調試與改造（Installation & Improvement）


1.參與新設備的安裝、調試和驗收工作，確保設備符合技術要求。

the installation, commissioning and acceptance of the new equipment to ensure
that the equipment meets the technical requirements


2.協(xié)助工程師對現(xiàn)有的設備進行必要的技術改造升級和優(yōu)化，以提高設備效率、精度或降低故障頻率。


Assist engineers in conducting necessary
technical renovations, upgrades and optimizations of the existing equipment,
in order to enhance equipment efficiency, accuracy or reduce failure rates.


- 備件與工具管理（Spare parts & Tools management）


1.負責常用維修備件的申領、采購、使用和管理，提出備件采購建議。


Responsible for the application,
procurement use and management of common, maintenance spare parts, and
proposing suggestions for spare part purchases.


2.對于貨期長，價值高的備件進行有效國產化替代。


Effectively implement the domestic
substitution of spare parts with long lead time and high value.


3.保持維修工具和設備的清潔、完好和有效、按時送檢安全閥壓力表和計量器具。

together to solve equipment problems


2.向設備操作人員提供簡單的操作和保養(yǎng)指導。

the leadership of the temporary work arrangements, and comply with the
equipment operating procedures, including forklift operation, overhead crane
