Purpose of the function ：

- Develop and optimize mechanical systems for integration into customer products.

- Manage mechanical design aspects of internal and customer-driven projects.

- Act as a key resource for mechanical expertise in product development and Product integration.

Main tasks :

- Design and analyze mechanical components and systems to meet project requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electronic, and software systems.

- Actively support ongoing customer projects, providing technical advice to achieve optimal mechanical solutions.

- Drive continuous improvements in mechanical integration, aligned with the company’s Product Development Roadmap

- Alaince with sub-contracts for process and equipment development for conversion and post process.

Duty and Responsibility :

- Develop 3D CAD models, drawings, and prototypes for demonstrators and customer projects. - Build a network of suppliers and partners specializing in various materials (e.g., structured overlay films, transparent rubber materials) and manufacturing methods (e.g., 3D printing, graphical printing, mechanical tooling, lamination, UV foaming). - Establish an in-house workshop for producing prototypes independently.

- 為演示產(chǎn)品和客戶項(xiàng)目開發(fā)三維計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)（CAD）模型、圖紙以及原型。

Education , work experience and Language :

- BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering

- 5 - 10 years working experience in mechanical design. - Hands-on experience in CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.), Prototyping and testing

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., 3D printing, CNC machining, Rotate die-cut conversion )

- Excellent in reading and writing English and good at oral English
