職位描述:
1、獨(dú)立開(kāi)發(fā)海外項(xiàng)目或根據(jù)公司提供的項(xiàng)目信息與客戶(hù)建立溝通、聯(lián)系,了解客戶(hù)的實(shí)際需求
Independently develop overseas projects or establish communication and contact with clients based on the project information provided by the company to understand their actual needs;
2、根據(jù)客戶(hù)的技術(shù)要求組織公司技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)做技術(shù)方案并內(nèi)部評(píng)審。
Organize the company's technical team to develop technical solutions based on the customer's technical requirements and conduct internal reviews.
3、組織客戶(hù)多次的技術(shù)澄清,并準(zhǔn)備報(bào)價(jià),競(jìng)標(biāo)等工作,實(shí)時(shí)匯報(bào)公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
Organize multiple technical clarifications for clients, prepare quotations, bids and other work, and report to the company's leadership in real time
4、分析項(xiàng)目背景及風(fēng)險(xiǎn),分析項(xiàng)目成功的要素并實(shí)施行動(dòng)。
Analyze the project background and risks, identify the key elements for project success and take action.
5. 主導(dǎo)海外項(xiàng)目商業(yè)訂單和技術(shù)協(xié)議的簽訂
Leading in signing commercial orders and technical agreements for overseas projects;
6. Acting as primary customer contact, Do Overall Project Management Activities for assigned Projects, responsible for the final project Achievement.
7. Manage & follow up project status & progress, guarantee the final success of assigned Project.
8. Coordinate all functions in project like engineering, purchase, fabrication,installation and commissioning until final acceptance, handover to customer.
9. Time & Schedule Management, tracks milestones and activities, remind and alarms project timeline if necessary.
10. Emphasize on the quality consciousness, together with customer and quality department to make projects delivered with good quality.
11. Control the scope during projects & manage changes during project.
12. Recognize the risk during project design phase, shipping phase,installation phase and, management the risk and escalation if necessary.
13. Holding weekly meetings with the customer, together with Project team members, ensuring the smooth communication, targeting the project success & customer compliment.
14. Report the project status during periodically project management meeting.
15. Apply for payment according to contract.
16. Short Term domestic and abroad travelling if necessary;
17. Company & Department assigned other tasks.
任職要求:
1. B.S. degree in Engineering, Project Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent Experience/Technical Knowledge;
2. Three to five years big project management experience, PMP is a plus;
3. Good ability of oral & written English Communication Skills.
4. Clear logical Thinking during problem solving.
5. Strong management, organizational, and communication skills
6. Strong Pressure Resistance Ability
7. Strong computer skills — MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
