QEQA汽車零部件汽車研發(fā)/制造電子設(shè)備制造
核心:負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量策劃工作,如質(zhì)量計(jì)劃等,為產(chǎn)品在研發(fā)過程中的質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé); 1、概念階段:參與新產(chǎn)品評(píng)審,以用戶需求為導(dǎo)向,結(jié)合公司實(shí)際情況,利用諸如FMEA等質(zhì)量工具預(yù)防問題的發(fā)生; 2、開發(fā)階段:參與產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書評(píng)審,制定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量需求和檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),參與樣機(jī)相關(guān)的研發(fā)測(cè)試,主導(dǎo)研發(fā)質(zhì)量會(huì)議,推進(jìn)問題收斂及產(chǎn)品成熟度提升; 3、驗(yàn)證階段:參與小批量試制階段,針對(duì)試制過程中的設(shè)計(jì)、工藝、生產(chǎn)、來料等問題推進(jìn)閉環(huán)。 結(jié)合公司目前現(xiàn)狀,該職位還需: a,推進(jìn)產(chǎn)品硬件及軟件共性問題的解決; b,收集產(chǎn)品在客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用過程中產(chǎn)生的問題點(diǎn),推動(dòng)解決并閉環(huán)。 任職要求 1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,電子信息、電氣工程等相關(guān)工科專業(yè)背景,五年以上研發(fā)測(cè)試、研發(fā)質(zhì)量相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn); 2、在轉(zhuǎn)接頭或電源行業(yè)有過不少于2年的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),如汽車、新能源、汽車電子等; 3、有OEM相關(guān)工作履歷優(yōu)先考慮; 4、腳踏實(shí)地,具備搭建與公司當(dāng)前狀態(tài)相匹配的能落地實(shí)行的研發(fā)質(zhì)量體系的能力; 5、較好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,能推進(jìn)事項(xiàng)落地的能力
