安規(guī)認(rèn)證新能源汽車零部件
崗位職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)新能源產(chǎn)品(儲能、充電樁、轉(zhuǎn)接頭等)項目測試管理,主要包括測試范圍、測試計劃、測試目標(biāo)、測試活動的制定及執(zhí)行,測試過程的監(jiān)控及改進,確保項目質(zhì)量和進度;
2. 負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量改進過程中規(guī)范/流程建立、實施等工作,從項目角度幫助提高測試效率;
3. 負(fù)責(zé)構(gòu)建測試環(huán)境、功能測試、性能測試、可靠性測試、安全測試等不同特性的測試工作;
4. 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃及市場的需求計劃,負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證申報及在產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的變更擴展工作.
5. 組織策劃產(chǎn)品的各項認(rèn)證申報工作,制定實施方案、計劃和費用預(yù)算.
6. 與公司各相關(guān)部門聯(lián)系,對其提交的參數(shù)資料進行核對,并按照行業(yè)主管部門的要求上傳產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證所需要的全部資料.
7. 負(fù)責(zé)與認(rèn)證機構(gòu)對接,了解認(rèn)證測試內(nèi)容、認(rèn)證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、認(rèn)證測試數(shù)據(jù)保存方法。
8. 提前準(zhǔn)備好認(rèn)證需要的測試文檔、測試機器、規(guī)格書、軟件程序、測試儀器設(shè)備,搭建認(rèn)證測試平臺
9. 能盡職盡責(zé)的完成上級交辦的其他工作任務(wù)
任職要求:
1. 本科學(xué)歷以上,3年以上新能源產(chǎn)品(儲能、充電樁、轉(zhuǎn)接頭等)測試相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
2. 有一定的硬件開發(fā)背景、自動化測試經(jīng)歷、對開發(fā)流程有深入研究;
3. 5年以上硬件測試項目管理經(jīng)驗,有新能源行業(yè)測試經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
4. 測試技能成熟:需求評審、測試分析與方案與測策、用例設(shè)計、測試報告與總結(jié);
5. 熟悉軟件/硬件/可靠性測試技術(shù)優(yōu)先;
6. 有極強的溝通能力,豐富的跨部門組織協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)驗、談判能力和推動問題解決能力,英語讀寫能力佳;
7. 邏輯思維強、主動思考、自驅(qū)、執(zhí)行力強,工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)、積極主動,抗壓能力強。
