職位描述

硬件測試充電樁新能源
崗位職責(zé)：
1. 負(fù)責(zé)新能源產(chǎn)品（儲能、充電樁、轉(zhuǎn)接頭等）項(xiàng)目測試管理，主要包括測試范圍、測試計(jì)劃、測試目標(biāo)、測試活動(dòng)的制定及執(zhí)行，測試過程的監(jiān)控及改進(jìn)，確保項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度；
2. 負(fù)責(zé)新能源產(chǎn)品（儲能、充電樁、轉(zhuǎn)接頭等）項(xiàng)目測試質(zhì)量管理，主要包括測試質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定、測試關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)的評審、發(fā)布后質(zhì)量問題的監(jiān)控及解決，確保項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量；
3. 負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)過程中規(guī)范/流程建立、實(shí)施等工作，從項(xiàng)目角度幫助提高測試效率；
4. 做好風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)判和管理，根據(jù)現(xiàn)實(shí)項(xiàng)目狀態(tài)迅速反應(yīng)制定解決方案；
5.負(fù)責(zé)構(gòu)建測試環(huán)境、功能測試、性能測試、可靠性測試、安全測試等不同特性的測試工作；
6. 協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外各部門之間溝通，保證信息渠道暢通，有效，高效。
7. 能盡職盡責(zé)的完成上級交辦的其他工作任務(wù)
任職要求：
1. 本科學(xué)歷以上，3年以上新能源產(chǎn)品（儲能、充電樁、轉(zhuǎn)接頭等）測試相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. 有一定的硬件開發(fā)背景、自動(dòng)化測試經(jīng)歷、對開發(fā)流程有深入研究；
3. 5年以上硬件測試項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有新能源行業(yè)測試經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
4. 測試技能成熟：需求評審、測試分析與方案與測策、用例設(shè)計(jì)、測試報(bào)告與總結(jié)；
5. 熟悉軟件/硬件/可靠性測試技術(shù)優(yōu)先；
6. 有極強(qiáng)的溝通能力，豐富的跨部門組織協(xié)調(diào)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、談判能力和推動(dòng)問題解決能力，英語讀寫能力佳；
7. 邏輯思維強(qiáng)、主動(dòng)思考、自驅(qū)、執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)，工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)、積極主動(dòng)，抗壓能力強(qiáng)。
