  • 證書：
    • 持有海員適任證書（如船長、輪機長證書）者優(yōu)先（尤其對技術(shù)管理崗）。
    • 熟悉ISM規(guī)則、ISO 9001等管理體系。
  • 語言：
    • 英語CET-4以上，能讀寫技術(shù)文件、郵件（外企或國際船舶管理需口語流利）。技能：
    • 熟練使用船舶管理軟件（如AMOS、ShipNet）、Office及數(shù)據(jù)分析工具。
      • 行業(yè)經(jīng)驗：
        • 有特定船型管理經(jīng)驗（海工船）或知名船管公司背景。
      • 附加資質(zhì)：
        • PMP（項目管理）、六西格瑪、海事法律培訓(xùn)證書。
      • 技術(shù)能力：
