n 審核供應(yīng)商資質(zhì)與生產(chǎn)流程，確保合規(guī)性
Audit supplier facilities and processes to ensure compliance
n 監(jiān)督供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量體系，推動改進(jìn)計(jì)劃
Monitor and improve supplier quality systems
n 通過成本優(yōu)化方案為公司節(jié)約采購成本
Deliver cost-saving initiatives in sourcing and operations
n 管理供應(yīng)商績效評估及分類管理
Manage supplier performance evaluation and segmentation
n 協(xié)助導(dǎo)入新供應(yīng)商，控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
Assist with onboarding new suppliers and risk management
n 優(yōu)化倉庫效率: Optimize warehouse process
任職要求 / Requirements
n 本科及以上學(xué)歷，供應(yīng)鏈或相關(guān)專業(yè)(有歐洲/日本車企的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先）
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Engineering, or related field (experience in traditional fuel car companies from Europe /Japan/Korea is strongly preferred)
n 2年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
n 熟悉質(zhì)量體系（如ISO 9001）及合規(guī)要求
Familiar with quality systems such as ISO 9001 and compliance standards
n 具備較強(qiáng)成本意識及跨部門協(xié)調(diào)能力
Strong cost awareness and cross-functional communication
n 英文讀寫良好，能處理英文資料
Good command of English in reading and writing
n 2年以上國際汽車公司經(jīng)驗(yàn)（如Bosch、ZF、Faurecia、Magna等）
? 熟悉ISO 9001 / IATF 16949體系及供應(yīng)商審核流程
? 有實(shí)際參與過供應(yīng)商審核、整改追蹤、成本分析項(xiàng)目
? 能使用Excel進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析與報(bào)告
? 會看英文資料，能寫基礎(chǔ)英文報(bào)告, 英語口語好

? 僅有國內(nèi)汽車品牌經(jīng)驗(yàn)（比亞迪、吉利、長城等）
? 僅從事辦公室采購、文職助理、行政類工作
