Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team at our Tianjin branch. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing clients' financial statements, ensuring that they accurately reflect the financial position and performance of their businesses. You will reconcile client company books, ensuring clarity and accuracy in their accounts. Your role will involve participating in the annual closing process to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial records. Additionally, you will provide financial consulting services to assist management in making informed decisions, participate in financial and tax audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and contribute to other projects such as financial restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions by providing financial support and analysis.

Responsibilities:
Managing Client Accounts: Overseeing the maintenance of clients' financial records, including data entry, voucher preparation, and bank reconciliations.
Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements for clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Assisting with Audits: Providing support to auditors during audit procedures by gathering necessary documentation and facilitating the audit process.
Tax Support: Assisting tax professionals with client tax filings, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
Client Relationship Management: Communicating with clients to address financial inquiries, provide assistance, and maintain strong client relationships.
Compliance Oversight: Ensuring adherence to accounting principles, regulations, and standards to meet legal requirements and maintain integrity in financial reporting.
Collaborative Teamwork: Working closely with team members to achieve departmental objectives, share knowledge, and support colleagues as needed.
Continue Learning: Participate in firm-wide initiatives and training programs to enhance professional development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
CPA candidate or CPA license preferred.
3-5 years of experience in public accounting or relevant field.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to upholding professional standards and ethics in accounting practices.
