1.**QC Manager – Key Responsibilities)** 1. **Team Leadership & Supervision**
- Manage and mentor a team of 4 QC inspectors/technicians**, including task delegation, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure daily inspections and testing align with company and client standards.
2. **Product Quality Assurance**
- Oversee rigorous testing of hospitality lighting products ( chandeliers, LED fixtures, architectural lighting)
- **Aesthetic quality** (finish, consistency, luxury appeal).
- **Performance** (light output, color accuracy, dimming functionality).
- **Durability & safety** (electrical compliance, heat resistance, IP ratings for outdoor use).
- Approve/reject batches based on compliance with **hospitality industry standards**.
3. **Compliance & Documentation**
- ETL an UL. BDL will Teach. Having Experience is a Plus.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, defects, and corrective actions for traceability.
4. **Custom Project & Client Support**
- Collaborate with **design, and production teams** to meet custom lighting requirements for high-profile hospitality projects.
5. **Process Improvement**
- Analyze defect trends ( flickering LEDs, finish flaws) and lead root-cause investigations.
- Recommend improvements to manufacturing or design processes to reduce waste and rework.
6. **Reporting & Coordination**
- Provide weekly/monthly QC reports
7. Above college degree major in engineering , English -CET 6 or above, can write and ready in English .
