About the Job:We are looking for a HR Generalist for an initial 2-years contract to support our expanding operations in Shenzhen. You will play a key role in leading the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across logistics,warehousing, supply chain management, and occasionally finance, compliance, and IT and etc. Working closely with local and international hiring teams, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting the right talent to support our rapid expansion in the region. You will also assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, corporate culture initiatives, and provide support for office administrative operations. By working closely with both local and global teams, you will deliver comprehensive human resources support to facilitate the company's expansion in the local market.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES工作職責(zé):
1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

2. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific functions (Logistics, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Warehouse, etc.).
與招聘經(jīng)理合作,了解招聘需求,并制定針對(duì)特定職能(物流、供應(yīng)鏈、采購(gòu)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)等)的有效尋源策略
3. Source candidates through a mix of local job platforms (e.g., 51Job, BOSS, Zhaopin), internal referrals, and direct outreach.
通過(guò)多元化招聘平臺(tái)(例如51Job、BOSS直聘、智聯(lián)招聘)搜尋候選人、內(nèi)部推薦和主動(dòng)尋訪尋找候選人
4. Conduct screening calls and initial interviews, ensuring alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.
進(jìn)行電話篩選和初試:評(píng)估候選人的崗位匹配度及文化契合度,確保符合職位要求
5. Coordinate with internal and external teams on pre-employment checks, contract preparation, onboarding logistics, including contacting payroll and IT department.

6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles in the region.

7. Maintain up-to-date recruitment data and reporting, tracking key performance and providing regular updates to Colleagues and Managers.

8. Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, documentation, and coordination with payroll and IT departments.

9. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and cultural initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

10. Participate in international communication to promote company values and culture.

11. Provide local office operational support, including but not limited to vendor coordination, office supplies management, and facility maintenance liaison.

12. Assist in creating, implementing and improving office policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS崗位要求:
- 3+ years of experience in HR task and end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, international, or rapidly growing environment.
3年以上人力資源相關(guān)工作和招聘全流程經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備快節(jié)奏、國(guó)際化或高速發(fā)展環(huán)境的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源、商科或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先
- Strong experience in recruiting for logistics, sourcing, warehousing, and/or supply chain functions is essential.
具備物流、采購(gòu)、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)及供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)崗位的招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
- Familiarity with the Chinese labor market and local job platforms.

- Hands-on experience working with recruitment tools, Microsoft Office Suite. Experienced with Personio, HR recruiting tracking system will be plu具備使用招聘工具及Microsoft Office辦公軟件實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)。熟悉Personio或有人力資源招聘跟蹤系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple roles in parallel.

- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
