Job Responsibilities:

1. Be Responsible for the overall planning and daily operation of Temu and Shine stores, including product listing/delisting, listing optimization, product sales, and order processing. Continuously monitor key store metrics such as clicks, conversion rate, sales volume, traffic, etc., to ensure normal store operation and achievement of sales performance.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of store data, adjust sales plans promptly
3. Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, continuously optimizing marketing strategies.
4. Maintain store rating and good credibility. Handle pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale customer inquiries promptly, properly address customer complaints and disputes, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Handle other work-related matters assigned by the company and superiors.

- 評(píng)估與分析營(yíng)銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)效果,持續(xù)優(yōu)化營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略。
- 保持店鋪的好評(píng)度和良好的信用度,及時(shí)處理客戶(hù)的售前、售中、售后問(wèn)題,妥善處理客戶(hù)投訴與糾紛,提高客戶(hù)的滿(mǎn)意度和忠誠(chéng)度。
- 處理公司和上級(jí)交辦的其他工作相關(guān)事宜
Job Requirement:

- College degree or above. Preference for majors in E-commerce, Marketing, International Trade, etc.
- 1-3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce platform operations is required. Hands-on experience with Temu, Shine, Amazon, AliExpress, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Familiar with e-commerce platform operation models, have an in-depth understanding of cross-border e-commerce, master platform rules and policies, able to quickly adapt to platform changes and adjustments.
- Possess data analysis skills, proficient in using data analysis tools, able to extract key information from massive data to formulate effective operational strategies.
- Proficient in store decoration and listing optimization techniques to enhance store visual appeal and user experience.
- Proficient in English speaking, listening, reading and writing skill
- Have good marketing planning skills, able to formulate and execute various promotional activities to increase product exposure and sales.
- Possess strong communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments.
- Must be fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Highly responsible and strong execution, serious and responsible towards work, able to complete tasks on time and accountable for results.

- 具備1-3年跨境電商平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn),有Temu、Shine、Amazon、AliExpress等平臺(tái)實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考
- 熟悉電商平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,對(duì)跨境電商有深入了解,掌握平臺(tái)規(guī)則和政策,能快速適應(yīng)平臺(tái)的變化和調(diào)整
- 具備數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,熟練使用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具,能夠從海量數(shù)據(jù)中提取關(guān)鍵信息,制定有效的運(yùn)營(yíng)策略
- 具備較強(qiáng)的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力
- 擁有良好的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策劃能力,能夠制定并執(zhí)行各種促銷(xiāo)活動(dòng),提高產(chǎn)品的曝光度和銷(xiāo)量。
