職位描述

新能源汽車(chē)汽車(chē)研發(fā)/制造汽車(chē)零部件
新項(xiàng)目零件開(kāi)發(fā)質(zhì)量管理(內(nèi)外飾、電子電器，開(kāi)閉件，座椅）
1 .實(shí)施供應(yīng)商準(zhǔn)入審核;
2. 與供應(yīng)商開(kāi)展技術(shù)交流并出具零部件定點(diǎn)質(zhì)量意見(jiàn);
3 .配合生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備會(huì)議，實(shí)施生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備過(guò)程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核，跟蹤生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并制定追趕計(jì)劃;
4 .開(kāi)展零件T0~Tn品質(zhì)確認(rèn)，并追蹤問(wèn)題點(diǎn)按期改善;
5 .參與SOR、特殊特性、圖紙、DVP、DVR、DFMEA評(píng)審，OTS認(rèn)可評(píng)審，工裝模具檢具驗(yàn)收評(píng)審;
6. 實(shí)施工程監(jiān)察、審核PPAP文件、簽署PSW，并督促供應(yīng)商實(shí)施GP12;
7. 跟蹤整車(chē)開(kāi)發(fā)各階段裝車(chē)過(guò)程，并實(shí)施裝車(chē)、ES、質(zhì)保路試等系統(tǒng)問(wèn)題點(diǎn)的確認(rèn)、分析、改善和系統(tǒng)維護(hù)。
