In project execution phase, will be responsible for:
1. According to the project plan, organize the recruitment activities at project phase
2. Cooperate with the construction of the company's relevant management systems
3. Guide and follow up the management of various administrative affairs, such as license processing, company-level insurance plan, office supplies purchasing, etc.
In operation phase, will be responsible for:
1. Organize the specific implementation of recruitment, training, performance, salary and employee relationship management, etc.
2. Responsible for handling employee onboarding, labor contract signing, renewal, social security, change, resignation and other related management matters, follow-up assessment of new employees during the probation period, and form corresponding file information
3. Monitor employee attendance and services such as insurance processing
4. Responsible for coordinating the establishment of various management systems and rules of the administrative management system, establishing and improving the business process of administrative management, and providing efficient internal services for all employees
5. Responsible for coordinating the company's or department's fixed assets, office supplies, optimizing office environment, employee activities and benefits, improving employee satisfaction and other daily operations
6. Responsible for coordinating the external communication and coordination of the administrative department, such as customer review, company internal and external communication, government reception, project coordination, etc.
7. Coordinate and facilitate the general administrative needs of all departments
8. Responsible for coordinating the internal service work of various projects of the factory, such as canteen, cleaning, administrative vehicles, dormitories, etc.
項目執(zhí)行階段,負責:
1.根據(jù)項目進度負責項目團隊成員的招聘工作
2.負責建立,制定公司各項管理政策何制度
3.指導和跟進各種行政事務的管理,如許可證辦理、公司級保險計劃、辦公用品采購等
工廠運營階段,負責:
1.組織招聘、培訓、績效、薪酬、員工關系管理等具體實施
2.組織協(xié)調(diào)員工入職、勞動合同簽訂、續(xù)簽、社保、變更、離職等相關管理事項,新員工試用期的后續(xù)考核,并形成相應的檔案信息
3.負責員工出勤和保險處理等服務
4.負責協(xié)調(diào)行政管理體系各項管理制度和規(guī)則的建立,建立和完善行政管理業(yè)務流程,為所有員工提供高效的內(nèi)部服務
5.負責協(xié)調(diào)公司或部門的固定資產(chǎn)、辦公用品、優(yōu)化辦公環(huán)境、員工活動和福利、提高員工滿意度和其他日常運營效率
6.負責協(xié)調(diào)行政部門的外部溝通和協(xié)調(diào),如客戶審查、公司內(nèi)外部溝通、政府接待、項目協(xié)調(diào)等
7.協(xié)調(diào)工廠各部門的行政需求
8.組織協(xié)調(diào)工廠各項目的內(nèi)部服務工作,如食堂、保潔、行政車輛、宿舍等
Education Bachelor’s degree, HR management or related.
Languages: English medium level
Experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience, FMCG industry is preferred
- Familiar with Labor Laws and Regulations
Personal skills
- Microsoft Office
- Have good communication skills, positive work attitude with teamwork spirit
- Strong in cross-function communication
