海外供應(yīng)鏈供應(yīng)鏈管理商務(wù)英語(yǔ)
崗位職責(zé)： 1、 協(xié)助經(jīng)理加強(qiáng)對(duì)部門及集團(tuán)分公司業(yè)務(wù)的信息溝通和反饋,及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的傳遞相關(guān)信息，為公司經(jīng)營(yíng)提供決策支持； 2、 協(xié)助收集材料及供應(yīng)商信息，準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá)給經(jīng)理并協(xié)助經(jīng)理進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)、渠道的開(kāi)發(fā)，重要客戶和供應(yīng)商的跟進(jìn)以及維護(hù)工作； 3、 協(xié)助經(jīng)理供應(yīng)商談判的前期準(zhǔn)備，參與商務(wù)洽談及項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)工作； 4、 協(xié)助經(jīng)理做好對(duì)本部門供應(yīng)商物料品質(zhì)管控與計(jì)劃的跟進(jìn)，以及考勤和協(xié)調(diào)管理； 5、 負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)整理，根據(jù)上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的需求編制分析表格，為上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的決策提供關(guān)鍵性分析內(nèi)容； 6、 跟進(jìn)經(jīng)理交辦的其它事務(wù)工作； 任職資格： 1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，商務(wù)英語(yǔ)專業(yè)； 2、具有良好的英語(yǔ)閱讀能力和口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力； 3、熟悉Word、Excel等辦公軟件操作； 4、具有數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。
